VISION

The vision of the College of Business Administration is to be a globally renowned business college that produces knowledge-and skill-based ethical graduates for addressing the 21st century’s business challenges.

MISSION

The mission of the College is to develop socially responsible and ethically driven managers, improve quality education and research in business and management and prepare students with contemporary developments in the field of business, management, and technology.

Objectives

The objectives of the BBA program are to impart business knowledge and encourage students to acquire broad-based multidisciplinary subjects’ perspectives which help students in developing their individuality and professional expertise.

STRENGTHS OF THE COLLEGE

PO 1: Business Knowledge

Our students acquire knowledge of business principles and demonstrate proficiency in applying the knowledge in practices to solve the emerging problems and make efficient and effective decisions.

PO 2: Problem Analysis

Our students learn how to identify, analyze and carry out the research to address diverse challenges faced by today’s organizations.

PO 3: Design and Applications

Our students learn how to apply critical thinking skill to design solutions for complex, open-ended business problems, create value through new business unit creation, company formation, social innovation, and develop appropriate business systems and processes to mitigate the challenges of today’s organizations having sufficient considerations for cultural, social, and environmental issues.  And apply acquired knowledge to translate fundamental concepts of business and their real-life implications in everyday life.

We make our students learn on how to apply research-based knowledge and methodologies to design, analyze and interpretation of data and find the solutions for complex problems by applying appropriate tools.

PO 5: Modern Tool Usage

Students learn how to use tools and technologies for effective analysis of business problems and decision making for achieving competitive advantage in the market and business success.

PLO 6: Sociological Knowledge

Students are able to use sociological knowledge, skills, and theories to engage with the world around them, and to promote social justice.

PO 7: Sustainability

We teach students to ensure sustainable management development by integrating current and emerging environmental, political, social and economic issues in strategic plans, policies and programs of organizations.

PO 8: Ethics

Our students know how to identify ethical issues that impact business decisions and apply ethical and professional code of conduct.

PO 9: Individual and Teamwork

We make our students learn working effectively, as an individual and in teams, on multifaceted and/ or multidisciplinary settings.

PO 10: Communication

We teach our students how to communicate thoughts and ideas both in written and oral form, in order to comprehend complex texts like research papers, reports, project reports, theories etc.

PO 11: Project Management

Our students learn on how to apply project management skills to develop and manage projects as a team member and/or leader both in narrow and broad scales.

PO 12: Lifelong Learning

We grow lifelong learning skills in our students such as IT, communication and management skills that ultimately remain as life time assets in their lives. As a result, it recognizes the importance of lifelong learning and engages in continuous professional improvement.
