Dr. Hasanuzzaman Tushar is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at the College of Business Administration, IUBAT. Additionally, he is in charge of the University Ranking Exercise Division at IUBAT. Dr. Tushar completed his Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Human Resource and Organizational Development at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management in 2014 from STIU, Thailand, where he was awarded the Dean’s award for his exceptional CGPA. Prior to that, he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Marketing and Production Operation Management from IUBAT. Dr. Tushar's professional journey began as a Quality Management Trainee at Premiaflex Plastic Ltd, a sister concern of ACI Ltd. He then served as a Strategic Analyst at Opus Technology Ltd. Furthermore, he has experience as a Teaching Assistant (TA) and Research Assistant (RA) at the College of Business Administration, IUBAT. He also served as a visiting professor at Chandigarh University.

In terms of academic contributions, Dr. Tushar has authored over 37 peer-reviewed papers in prestigious international journals indexed in SSCI, ABDC, and Scopus, along with contributions to conference proceedings. He is actively engaged in academia as a reviewer for several reputable journals and has held various roles such as session chair, editor, editorial member, and discussant at numerous national and international conferences and seminars. In recognition of his significant contributions to business and social science research, Dr. Tushar was awarded an Associate Fellowship by the Australian Academy of Business Leadership in 2018. Currently, he remains deeply involved in research collaborations with multiple research groups across the Asiatic region, including Vietnam, Thailand, and China. His research interests primarily focus on HRM, HRD, Career Development, Education, Gender Studies, Ethics, and Social Stratification.
